Upgrade StorageFreezing of Zotero
Whenever I try to insert a citation into my Word document, Zotero freezes. It doesn't matter what citation it is. I've been working with this library for several weeks now. The problem started today. How can I fix it?
Does it work in a new, empty document?
If so, and the existing document is a large document with many citations, do you have "Automatically update citations" disabled in the plugin's Document Preferences window?
