Upgrade Storageunable to select one instance of duplicate
Using Zotero 7.0.24 on Windows 11. It used to be the case that when using the "find duplicates" view, you could select and edit data from one of the instances. This is particularly useful when there are duplicate items of different types, and you have to edit one to make them the same type before merging. This feature seems to no longer work, and there is no way to edit from the duplicates pane. Could this be brought back?

In the new versions, you have to use Option/Alt-click to select a single item, and then you can edit one as you like.
(I do the merging you mention often for preprint and published articles. The preprint is a different item and should not be merged with an article, but one often has to update their bibliography with published versions, and this is a lot easier then deleting the citation for the preprint and add a new one for the article in Word. )
