Sinchronising issues - error 1738026937

Hello,

ZOTERO is unable to synchronise despite updating the versions and restarting several times. The error message is 1738026937.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails?

    (2)(+0000000): Response status was 200
    Is this an institutional computer?

    The download is being interrupted at the end of a file download. I'd guess security software on your computer is interfering.
