Upgrade StorageIn text referencing (citing) Author-Date with PAGE NUMBERS (Harvard style) not working

I have a challenge with the above-mentioned referencing style. I have searched under citation styles and it is not listed. What could be the challenge? Do you also have an online tutorial on how to ensure that the Zotero Tab is installed correctly in MS Word so that everything is connected ? Somehow I think that the documents are not talking to each other properly. I also have documents that are recently saved on the Zotero library but are not reflecting the biographical details at all. This is obviously another challenge for referencing. What could be the problem?
