I'm having a issue with an old Word document where Zotero no longer recognizes my existing citations. The problem is that all the citations I added months ago are now showing as plain text. When I click on them, the Zotero plugin options (Add/Edit Citation, etc.) are not available, as if the citations were never properly linked. I have not used the "Unlink Citations" function at any point.

Here's what I've already tried to troubleshoot the problem:
I've checked my internet connection. I've confirmed that both the Zotero app and the Word plugin are using the same Zotero account. I've updated Zotero to the latest version, thinking that might be the issue.

The document opens fine, but I simply cannot modify any of the old citations. Any guidance or help would be immensely appreciated!
