Word-Plug-Inn doesn't work

Hi, I really tried everything recommend to do, if the Word Add-Inn doesn't work. But nothing worked. The only differences in my case that I noticed are: That in Word there isn't a place called Startup - but I already tried putting the Zotero.dotm in the Startup folder. And my Zotero.dotm file is always from 16th of August although I installed it the first time this morning. I really don't know what to do. I tried everything recommended on the help pages.

    I don't know what you mean by this.
