Attachments are not synced properly with WebADV

I am using a WebADV server to sync attachments saved in one of my machines using Zotero. Some of the attachments are not synced to my other machine. I followed the steps in https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing, and verified that the corresponding '.zip' file exists in the webadv server. Still, the PDF attachment is not available on my second machine. Can you please suggest a fix here?

    The file you're trying to download doesn't exist on the WebDAV server.

    Since I there is a '.zip' file in webADV, but not .prop file, how can I sync the '.prop' file to the webadv server?
    Please let me know if there is any option that I can set in the first machine to enable syncing .prop file.

    Zotero syncs the correct files. If they're not appearing, or they're showing as 404s, that's some problem with your WebDAV server.

    There is enough storage in the webadv server. My current usage is 1.3GB, and there is still more than 6GB of free space left. Still, I notice that only some entries have both .zip and .prop files, but others have only .zip files.
    Any specific reason why Zotero would sync the entries this way? Please let me know if you need more logs to check the sync process.

    We can't help debug problems with individual WebDAV servers, sorry.
