Titles group library don't show up in correct collection

Hi,
We have had several cases where entries that are moved between group libraries do not appear in the correct collection. (We moved entries from library A to collection X in library B, but some of the entries do not appear in collection X, but in “Unfiled Entries”. Or, more precisely, they appear in the correct folder for the person who moved the items, but not in the online version of the group library and therefore not in the other synchronized instances either.) What could be the reason for this? And how can we debug this?

    View → Show Items from Subcollections aside, everyone in the group should see the same data, and if they don't, Changes Not Syncing would be the relevant troubleshooting page. How items are added to the library shouldn't be relevant.

    (When troubleshooting, bear in mind that collection membership is a property of items, not the other way around.)

    Ok, we've managed to reproduce the error. For some reason some items don't end up in the right collection (we moved 10 items via drag and drop from another group library, and one item was not correctly assigned to the collection).

    @maier.de, can you confirm what happens if you fully close Zotero, reopen, take the item-in-question from your recording (one that appears in the group collection on the computer but not in web library), make a small change to it (e.g. add a "temp" tag), and sync? Will it appear in the collection in web-library then?
