Word plug-in unresponsive
Hi,
I recently received a new laptop from my work (Microsoft), and the Zotero plug-in is unresponsive. When I click "add/edit citation," the top of the document turns grey, as if it's registered, but the search bar doesn't appear. No error message shows. The IT team and I have attempted the troubleshooting solutions on the Zotero website.
Any tips?

Since this is presumably a managed computer, it's most likely some IT set group policy that is causing issues if Zotero and Word are running as the same user.
