Sync Problem from iPad to Windows (using WebDAV)

Hello everyone,

I am having issues with my WebDAV sync between my iPad and Windows PC. Interestingly, it works from my PC to my mobile device, but not the other way around.
Does anybody know this issue?

Syncing has worked perfectly just a few days ago, but I am currently facing issues with some PDFs.

    What's the actual problem you're experiencing? In general, see Files Not Syncing.

    Note that your Debug ID doesn't show a sync attempt.

    I have tried to sync on my iPad and I did not get any sync error (neither on the iPad nor on my Windows machine), so I have just retried it without success (my new Debug ID after a new sync attempt on the iPad is D1805588946).

    I have also checked my WebDAV server and the file is apparently not uploaded there.

    If Device A is an iOS/Android device, generate a Debug ID for adding a file and the sync that immediately follows. If the file isn't uploaded, post the Debug ID to the Zotero Forums.
  • Oh, thanks for clarifying. I have overlooked the phrase with "adding a file" - it has worked out now for a newly added file, but I still faced the same issue with files which I have previously added.
    However, re-uploading them seems to work perfectly fine, so I will stick to that for now and see whether I can observe the issue at some point.
