A little more specificity would help get an answer--what app? what kind of integration? For instance, I use Obsidian for note taking, and I use a plug-in that imports notes taken in zotero. I use this to move my zotero document annotations into Obsidian, as the plug-in preserves linked citations and "show on page" features from the zotero notes.
