Android app can't download pdf attachements

My Zotero works fine on desktop in so far as opening attached pdfs goes. On the web, I can't seem to have any of my attached pdfs. On the android app, I can see some of the attached pdfs as an icon, but when clicking on them, the download starts briefly, breaks, and I am left with an icon with a red exclamation mark. I have not found any error messages, nor any postings of this before, so I am hoping you guys could help me!

I am using a Xiaomi Redmi A3 with Android 15. I haven't noticed any other bugs.

    If you can't access the PDFs in the web library, this doesn't have anything to do with the Android app. See Files Not Syncing. (You're just at your file storage quota. Zotero would be showing a warning about this on every sync on the computer where you added the files.)
