There's no Word integration on iOS at this time. We're working with Microsoft to make that possible.

For now, you can copy a citation or bibliography entry to the clipboard (in the citation style selected in the Quick Copy section of the settings) by tapping and holding on an item and selecting an option from the context menu, and you can select multiple items and generate a bibliography via the share button.
