Zotero storage capacity issue

Hello, the problem with my Zotero is that although the recharge has increased the storage capacity, the software still shows that the storage is insufficient. However, the actual available storage is less than 300M. But I have already recharged and expanded the storage capacity to 2GB. Request for help. How should I solve my problem?

    That shows you getting an "account balance is insufficient" error from some AI service related to a plugin you have installed. That doesn't have anything to do with Zotero file syncing.
  • Is it the case that I can use Zotero normally without using that plugin?

    Sure. Or presumably reconfigure the plugin to use another AI service with higher limits if you find it useful.
