Transferring a book title from Zotero to a footnote in an essay

Hi Zotero
Please explain how to transfer the title, author etc of a book I have listed in my Zotero to a footnote of an essay I am writing.

You would typically use the Zotero Addon in the word processor of your choice (Word, GDocs, LibreOffice) and utilise a footnote style like Chicago Manual of Style for that.
