Rename file from parent metadata doing nothing and possibly related problems

Since a while I encounter a problem: "Renaming File from parent metadata" simply does nothing. Also when I drag and drop a pdf onto a library item, the pdf is not added as an attachement. Could these 2 be related? Maybe that Windows is blocking zotero from changing files? (I previously used zotmoov and that also stopped moving files). Does anybody have advice on how to troubleshoot that (I removed all add ons and updated to the latest version with no success)

Can you provide a Debug ID for that?

Thank you very much for the response. The issue has been resolved. It turnes out my custom filename format had an error (although I do not know, why that never caused problems previously). The error actually caused a) the renaming to fail (that makes sense), b) the drag and drop to fail and c) caused the zotmoov mooving to fail.

I'm experiencing a possibly related problem. The Zotero interface (mac and online) won't let me add another author field (clicking the little plus icon next to an existing author/editor etc.). I tried restarting a couple of times as well, but still no.
