Zotero 7 Linux Mint google docs

I have had a problem for a while when I insert or update a reference the red box submarines under the browser and I have to retrieve it. The list of open documents stays on the top of the browser, decapitated from the box.

I have a video of it if that would help.

OS: Linux shonky 6.8.0-63-generic #66-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri Jun 13 20:25:30 UTC 2025 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Zotero: 7.0.16 (64-bit)

    You should update your Zotero, see the red note at the top of https://www.zotero.org/support/changelog

    Not certain it'll help, but good chance

    Unfortunately updating Zotero didn't help. And I notice it's doing it on my work windows machine as well now.

    There is a brief flash of a modal window that looks like it could be google account authentication, and then the red box submarines under the browser. The red box isn't decapitated from the list of open documents though, so that's a win!
