How to easily unfold and fold the items

I know that using the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard can quickly and fold multiple items. However, it's not convenient to press the arrow keys. Are there any easier methods to unfold the items, or can all the items be set to be unfolded by default? Because I want to view my notes more quickly.

    You can press + and - to expand and collapse all items.

    Thank you. This is very useful.Is there a way to set it as the default to expand automatically, or to be able to expand all items just by clicking with the mouse, so that there is no need to use the keyboard at all?

    No, sorry. But note that it will expand to show search matches if you use All Fields & Tags or Everything search mode.
