Bibliography/reference list not listing all the authors

Hi, I'm having difficulty with my reference list at the end of my thesis chapters. For articles that have more than 4 authors, it will only list fox et al, for example. This is fine in the text but I need to have all authors listed in the references. I'm using Harvard style currently.
Please advise how I can fix this issue

    "Harvard" just means author-date style. We have 1,304 such author-date style on the repository and they all have differences. Some will list out all authors, while some will shorten. You can easily pick another one from here or otherwise specify for which university/organisation/journal you need the style for (ideally with a link to guidelines) and we'd be happy to suggest a "better" style.

    I've selected cite them right 12th edition Harvard, can you recommend a Harvard like reference that lists all authors in the reference list/Bibliography and list et al for authors 4 or over in the text?
