Unable to insert citations on Mac - non specific error

Keep getting this error on my Mac. Seems to have happened after updating OS Sequoia 15.6. To try to fix I updated Zotero and Word and the plugin (deleted this and reinstalled). It will sometimes work for one reference and then this just pops back up. Have a grant due in one day with no references in it and this may cause me to die.

If you can insert citations into a new, empty document, you'll need to follow those instructions through to the end for your existing document.

You should also provide a Report ID after triggering this.
