MHRA 4th 7.12 advice?
Hi!
I'm using the Zotero plug in on MS Word, and wondering if anyone knows how to implement this rule in my thesis' Word file:
"In a monograph or thesis, treat each chapter independently for this purpose. That is, give a full reference for a source at its first mention in the chapter, and shortened references later in that chapter. If it occurs again in a later chapter, give the full reference again at its first mention there."
https://www.mhra.org.uk/style/chapter7.html
I initially wrote each chapter in a separate Word document each, now that I've consolidated it to one big file I find that it has synced away all the seperated first-mentions per chapter. Is it possible to do this with the plugin or shall I manually ammend citations?
Thanks!

Combining the chapters as .pdfs is generally what's recommended.
