Hello, When i click on the toolbar menu it does not work. When I click the "Z" in toobar, .. Nothing works. What can i do?
  • I am concerned that if I start another google doc and put citations in, I will encounter the same issue yet again and have lot hours of work. What is the best way to work on a shared document with Zotero and google docs. Is there anything else i can do?
  • Restart Zotero and your browser and try the toolbar button again. This is a bug in Zotero Google Docs plugin and we will have it fixed as soon as possible. The citations in your current and new documents won't be affected.

Hi I closed the browser, closed Zotero, and then restarted everything. None of my citations work. The toolbar still does not work, nor when I click on the citation. They say they are unlinked and sometimes the error code says they can't be fetched.
  • If Zotero says some of your citations are unlinked, that is unrelated to the current issues affecting the Zotero Google Docs plugin, but you should see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/google_docs_citations_unlinked

Otherwise, see Reporting Problems and provide specific steps for what you're doing and what happens. Zotero Connector for Firefox now has a fix for the 500 error, so you should use that.
