  • You'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help.

seems it was a problem of storage, but since i cleened my librairy and it's still falling
  • No, a problem in Google Docs wouldn't have anything to do with Zotero Storage.

Again, you need to tell us the actual problem or we can't help you. See the link I provided for the kind of description we need.
  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Start Zotero.
    2. Open my google doc.
    3. Select a portion of texte i want to replace by a citation in Elseviewer Harvard mode
    4. Click on Zotero button in the top of my google doc document.
    5. Waiting longer than usually
    6. Error message, in french : "Zotero a rencontré une erreur lors de la mise à jour de votre document. Souhaitez-vous afficher les instructions de dépannage?".
I was on google chrome initially, and i also tried in Mozilla Firefox.
I tried to delete portion of texte in copies but the problem continued.
    Thank for your help
  • Select a portion of texte i want to replace by a citation in Elseviewer Harvard mode
Replace a portion of text you wrote, or text that already contains a Zotero citation?

If you just click your cursor somewhere, not within an existing citation and with no text selected, does it still happen?

Does it work in a new document?
  • It was when i select a text i wrote, or no text at all. But when i try to edit an citation that is allready linked it doesn't work ether and the error message is : "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'content')". On a virgin document it's working, it also work when I'm in a different document tab. It only happens on the three tab that i'm actually working in
  • You're saying this is a tabbed document?

Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector (not Zotero) for reloading Google Docs and reproducing the problem?

Mainly bug occurs when trying to add or modify a citation frome I. II. and III. of the multitab document
  • This should be fixed in Zotero Connector 5.0.177, now available.
