Upgrade Storageunable to open Zotero and access any of the top tabs on the task bar

So when I am unable to open Zotero and access any of the top tabs on the task bar. Zotero: file, edit, view, tools, window, and help. Nothing will open. And I am also unable to copy bibliography. I see the directions, but nothing is opening except the prompts on my word doc. Any help with this???

What exactly do you mean when you say "Nothing will open"?
