Yes, the fonts are terrible in Firefox too.
The image on the left is Chrome, and on the right is Firefox.

The strange thing is, I don't have problems with other documents. The fonts are clear. It's only with this document that I'm seeing these issues. This is the first time I've encountered something like this.

What distro is it? Here is the same document with Zotero 7.1-beta.48 on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
