    The yellow window is just a harmless glitch that we've never been able to reproduce but that happens for some people. It doesn't happen in the Zotero beta and will be fixed in the next major version of Zotero.

    Beyond that, you'll need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need.

    The actual problem happens when trying to reference a chapter in a book. The contributed authors do not appear in the in-text reference. Rather, the book title is shown followed by the published year.
