Transfer group to New Owner with Current Owner not responding
As one of our employees is leaving their position, we wanted to transfer the group to a new owner. In doing so, we noticed that this employee is only a group member and not the group owner. The actual owner left the facility some time ago and is currently not responding to enquiries. Since only the owner of the group can add new group members, we currently have no way of adding anyone else to the group or transferring ownership to someone else.
Is there any way to designate a new group owner?

adamsmithyou can email support@zotero.org with a link to this thread and any evidence you can to establish group ownership. Note that group admins can add new group members, though; you don't need to be an owner.
