Upgrade StorageMigrating from Mendeley to Zotero-Can't read files
Hi, everyone!
I am sure this has been discussed in the past, but I am struggling to open my files in Zotero.
The steps that I follow:
1. Export the Mendeley library to a RIS.file
2. Save it on my desktop.
3. Drag and drop RIS.file to Zotero Application.
4. Double click to run it.
5. I can see all the files from Mendeley but can't open them when I double click.
Any solutions please?
Also, I am struggling to find the option FILE->IMPORT on Zotero, that's why I dragged and dropped.
What am I doing wrong?
