Trying to export from Sage journals to Zotero

HI, I'm trying to export from Sage journals to zotero. I need to export over 6,000 papers and at the moment I am trying to export 10 at a time. However, the following error message comes up when I try to use the connector. I have uploaded the latest version. Sometimes it works for the first few pages and then it stops.

    We need a sample URL for any such issues, but I'd expect you're getting rate limited by Sage: trying to download 100s (let alone 1000s) of articles in short order isn't something they like to see.

    This is for a SR I assume? The best way to get the metadata in is probably to use right-click --> Save to Zotero (DOI). That metadata comes from CrossRef and they're going to be a lot more generous with their limits. It won't get you the PDFs, but in most cases will get you the abstracts, so you can do abstract screening and then retrieve the full texts.

    Good morning, I have tried saving to Zotero as a DOI and this works for the first 5 and then a troubleshooting notification appears.

    Pretty sure that's the translator error message pictured above.

    Do you mean that happens after 5 DOIs or after 5 pages (i.e. 50 articles) of DOIs?

    Either way, we'd still want a URL and also a debug ID from the connector for an attempt that triggers the error:
