I am using Windows 11 Pro and I am having a similar problem to some other users: Zotero is not correctly picking up my system default to use Adobe Acrobat Pro as PDF reader, and instead is using Microsoft Edge.

I can work around this problem by setting Acrobat.exe as my Custom PDF opener in Zotero. Adobe will open, but about 2-3 seconds later, I get the below application error, saying "The memory could not be read."

Am I doing something wrong?
