can we wish for things?
because I wish we had Google Docs' "link-to-bibliography" feature. I wish, when adding an online newspaper to my library, I didn't have to enter the details one by one. That would save a lot of time.
By the way, I'm really liking the new look and being able to use Zotero in split-page mode effectively. Keep up the good work!

"link-to-bibliography": do you mean something like this https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/68413/bibliography-links-clickable ? There seems to be no good solution at the moment.
Not entering the details one by one: can you give an example (with links) where you need to do that?
No, what I mean is a feature I only saw in Google Docs. In the ribbon, click the "Tools" tab, and you'll see the "citations" option. There, it will ask you to enter the information of the source in one of the offered formats, and for websites or other online sources, you can just paste the link in the field and let the app find the relevant bibliographic information. This is very much like Zotero's "search with DOI/ISBN" feature, but for online sources, which saves a lot of time, because pasting the link as the identifying bit of information will save us time and effort. With this change implied, I won't have to enter title, date, URL, writer, etc information of an article from sources like Reuters or the Washington Post because they will be readily available.
You can save sources to Zotero right while you're looking at them, no need to copy&paste the URL (it also works better than a link-based solution could)
i'm laughing right now :D i'll check, if this is what i mean (which is highly likely because you seemingly not only know economics but also what i want from this app) it'll be both fun and relieving. thanks
