Zotero suddenly fails to retrieve full text although I have access?

Previously, I could easily fetch PDF files from citations via the right click->"Find Full Text" function. Now, it fails on all but open access papers. I am at university, and have IP-based access to most major publishing houses. When I click "Library Lookup" I am redirected to the publisher website where I can download the PDF.

The resolver, everything is correct. Not sure what to do. I have a large number of references I want to fetch the PDF of. :( Anyone notices something similar?
  • The OpenURL resolver setting is irrelevant for this.

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?
  • This is for an Elsevier paper:
‘src’ attribute of element is not a valid URI: “/retrieve/static/script/siteCatalystHelper.js” {73e8f961-4061-4d3e-b42a-653d05fe384b}:1:1
‘src’ attribute of element is not a valid URI: “/feature/assets/ai-navigation?componentVersion=V1” {cd2c6fa1-ab23-485c-9e5a-e546d9bff32f}:1:1
‘src’ attribute of element is not a valid URI: “/cdn-cgi/scripts/7d0fa10a/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js” {cd2c6fa1-ab23-485c-9e5a-e546d9bff32f}:1:1
‘src’ attribute of element is not a valid URI: “/cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/h/g/orchestrate/chl_page/v1?ray=96286a2b7822be60” {be7e959f-6f50-4dde-9181-9d94205abd3f}:1:1

What happens next is that I get the Cloudflair, verify human. No matter how many times I press yes, it reappears.

    Update:
Tried multiple papers, invidiually. And it seems to only be an issue with Elsevier/ScienceDirect and their anti-bot measures. Unfortunately, 70% of my references are elsevier. :) Is there any way to circumvent this?

    Thanks for the help!

  • It says debug is is: D496396535
  • Another debug: D1492608367
  • OK, please try the Zotero beta and let us know if that fixes it for you.
