annotationColor must be a hex color (e.g., '#FF0000')

Hello,

I'm using zotero's sync feature but no matter how I click sync, it still reminds me that the last sync was a few days ago and the error reads: annotationColor must be a hex color (e.g., '#FF0000')

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

    Some plugin you used created annotations with invalid colors that can't be synced. You'll need to contact the plugin developer and/or change the colors.

    Technically, it created annotations with an alpha channel for transparency. We don't allow an alpha channel in our annotation colors.

    It's this color.

    About "change the colors",May I solve the problem by finding, locating and deleting the previous comments? Or modify the color of the annotations alone without changing the colors of the previous notes?

    Yes, that's why I linked to the color. You can find those recent annotations and change the color.

    But again, this is caused by a plugin, and you should identify the plugin and report this to the plugin developer, who would be breaking Zotero syncing for their users.
