Sync failure with 2.0b7.6
Hi there,
I'm unable to sync my library and haven't been able to for a few months now. (I just now have the time to look into the problem.) The sync arrow circles for a few seconds and then I get an error.
The problem may have started when I did one of the Zotero upgrades, but I honestly can't remember for sure. I have checked the database integrity in the Preferences dialog and found no problems. I also tried the database repair tool with no luck. I reported the error with report ID 1115238781. The error is a javascript error:
"Error: [Exception... "'Error processing uploaded data (Report ID: 17afbbd4)' when calling method: [nsIDOMEventListener::handleEvent]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "<unknown>" data: no]"
I thought there might be a problem with some of my extensions, so I disabled Greasemonkey (I'm running Firefox 3.5.x on Vista). I have a few other addons running, so I'll try disabling them all next.
Thanks much!
Eleanor

eleanorahoweOk, I found the problem. I'm using JungleDisk to sync my attachments and they stopped support for webdav, as reported in http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/9896/. I'm going to try Zotero sync instead.

dstillmanThe issue you reported on the other thread and above ("Error processing uploaded data (Report ID: 17afbbd4)") was indeed fixed. Any issue you were having with WebDAV/JungleDisk was a separate issue.
