My Library disappeared

Hi all!

I recently got a new MacBook and have installed Zotero on it. However, My Library shows only one article, and it does not show my rather large collection of resources collected over almost a decade! despite that, I am using Zotero in my Word document and am able to cite articles that were in my library. So I am confused what is going on.

I logged into my Zotero account online, the library is almost empty there too. I also tried synching and it did not help.

I would greatly appreciate any help!

    Do you still have the old computer? It sounds like that wasn't synced properly (or may have been synced to a different account) and the new computer can't possibly get any items you don't see in the online library.

    You likely can still cite items because Zotero is also able to draw from the citations inserted in Word.
