Upgrade StorageSync issue between Zotero desktop and online library
Hello,
I’m trying to sync my local Zotero library with my online library, but it’s not working. I keep getting the following error message:

I upgraded my storage to 6000 MB, but syncing still doesn’t work. I tried adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to help.
Any ideas on what might be going wrong? I’d really appreciate your help.

dstillmanYou're syncing with a different account. Check the username you're syncing with in the Sync pane of the settings, and then email storage@zotero.org with details and we can transfer your subscription.
