Issue with sync

I am a new user of Zotero and encounter a sync issue. I currently have about 170 references on my desktop application, but the web library does not sync. I have checked the settings and clicked the sync button, and it keeps showing "You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server." Therefore, I bought a plan, but it still has the same message. From the storage tab in settings shows my Current usage is 0 MB.

    That's syncing with a different account, as you can see.
