No file informations are uploaded when I upload a PDF file

I used to import PDF files and the info regarding the paper (authors, date of publication, ...) were automatically imported with it but, this feature hasn't been working for a few months now (at least 3 months). Is there something to check with new uploads for instance? Or maybe something else? For information, I'm using Zotero with both iOS/macOS and Windows and it works on none of them.

    It depends entirely on the files you're adding. If you're not getting data for standard academic PDFs, provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails.
