Can't insert bibliography

Hi,

I tried to insert bibliography in my word documents. But it shows the message below. I googled that and found the issue has not been solved since 2014.

Would you please tell me how to solve that?

    Is this an IT-managed computer or your own? Blocking RTF isn't a standard setting and if this is your IT's setting, the only solution is for them to unblock it (that was the solution to the issue in 2014)

    To confirm what you need to have enabled, in MS Word you can go to Trust Centre, then Trust Centre Settings, and look there under File Block Settings. RTF Files should be UN-checked - that is, there should be no restrictions on opening or saving RTF files. If those options are checked instead, and you can change them to un-checked yourself, do so. Otherwise only your local IT may be able to make those changes.

    My PC is an IT-managed computer. My IT told me that they did not block RTF files. Zotero worked a few days ago, but failed since yesterday. I appreciate if you could figure out the issue.

    Have you checked in the settings that tim820 points to? I believe you should be able to see them (even though you likely can't change them) on a managed device.

    Your screenshot shows a Word (not Zotero) error message that RTF files are blocked, so it's pretty unlikely that they aren't.
