No "Save to Zotero" option in Firefox extension
I followed all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing helps. Zotero connector is grayed out and there is no "Save to Zotero" option (first available option is Manage Extension). Here's the debug information requested.
The exact URL of a page that isn't working (even if none are)
None are, including https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zotero
A Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and attempt to save or, if you're only getting a webpage icon, for reloading the page.
No "Save to Zotero" option so I don't know how to generate a Debug ID.
What it says in the popup when you try to save (e.g., “Saving to My Library” or “Saving to zotero.org”)
No "Save to Zotero" option
The name of the translator from step 10, if applicable
The latest presumably 5.0.171
Would like to know if there are other troubleshooting steps. Zotero connector works in Chrome for me so I can just switch to Chrome from now on. Firefox seems to be problematic lately based on forum posts. I am still having problems with installation of 64 bit version due to its competing with company default 32bit version so the whole issue may be all me.

There's no general problem in Firefox, no.
(To be clear, the button itself is the Save to Zotero button. In normal use, you just click it to save. Nothing is saying to look in the menu. But the fact that you don't have "Save to Zotero" or "Preferences" in the menu does mean it's broken in some more general way.)
