Cannot show only surname of author in APA 7th edition

Please help me, I have a problem when using the Zotero for my manuscript. For this manuscipt it show (C. V. Nguyen et al., 2023) or linke this (N. Q. L. Tran et al., 2024). while in another new word document when I open and try to cite: it shows correctly like this :(Tran et al., 2023). I have check the first name and surnam on zotero it shows also correct. I donot know how to fix it. I attached the screenshot in the citation.

thank you, but I still cannot fix it, I insert the reference again, and do everything as in the guidance but cannot work

It may well be correct APA if you have multiple references by different Tran and Nguyen authors (as the linked article explains -- this isn't a big, it's correct APA)
