Style Request: Air University
Good afternoon, I'm looking to price out what it would cost to have an Air University Style generated. It's effectively a modification of Chicago 16th edition.
The Air University Style Guide can be found here:
https://www.airuniversity.af.edu/Portals/10/AUPress/Books/AU-1.PDF
The ISBN is 978-1-58566-143-5
I don't know how to add the tab in the forum formating tags, but it should be a tab, followed by the number, followed by two spaces, and then the note.
Numbered end-note:
1. John L. Campbell and Ove K. Pedersen, "The Varieties of Capitalism and Hybrid Success: Denmark in the Global Economy," Comparative Political Studies 40, no. 3 (March 2007), 307–332, https://doi.org/10.1177/0010414006286542.
2. Isabela Mares, "Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to employers?" in Varieties of Capitalism: The Institutional Foundations of Comparative Advantage, ed. Peter A. Hall et al. (New York: Oxford University Press, August 2001), 184-213.
I can't get this to format correctly, but after the first line of each entry, following lines should be indented.
