I have an extremely large (many thousands) of PDFs of papers that I've accumulated over the years.I have them organized into topics (and subtopics) via folders, plus under individual authors. Is there a way (perhaps using something like pyzotero) I can upload all of those while preserving the carefully constructed topics? I'm certainly willing to write a program to do this, but it looks like the current access via API is readonly? Is that true?
