Web RIS import

Hi,
I get an error message when uploading RIS file into the Zotero web library. See image.
I have the Zotero app installed, and have no problem upload RIS files.
I have the Zotero Connector installed.
I need this sorted as I offer training on Zotero to patrons and cannot demo this feature.

How many items does this .ris file contain? Does the web library import some of the items when the error is displayed or none at all?

When you import the file, are there any errors printed to the browser console (with the console open)?

If you try importing the same file in the Zotero desktop app and then sync, do you encounter any problems?

Hi tnajdek,
The file contains 10 studies - from Medline RIS Export.

I can import to my Zotero desktop and then when I sync it shows in my web library.

I have tried in Chrome and Edge, same error message.

With the console open I get this error message:

I am not sure what I can do?

Thank you for helping debug this issue. It appears there is a bug in date processing-we will look into fixing it.

It would be very helpful to have access to the problematic .ris file. If possible, could you please send it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
