Zotero does not save PDFs reliably
Hi,
Ever since I updated to 7.0.16 on Linux, saving PDFs seems unreliable. The ones I use frequently and have tested are Brill and de Gruyter, for instance: https://brill.com/view/journals/iij/iij-overview.xml Sometimes I can download manually, but not through Zotero. Not every journal or book on these sites fail. Occasionally BSOAS from Cambridge Core can also fail. Sometimes I get the red cross sign for failure, sometimes not, but the download has not gone through. Books seem to fail across sites. When the download of an article's PDF fails, the download of the entry fails too if I try again. Sometimes not.
I haven't been able to detect a pattern. Just that Zotero is all of a sudden a lot less reliable. I am a frequent user, and I am logged in on those sites.
