Word 2016 crashes when inserting citation into existing document (Zotero 7.0.19 / Win10)

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue when inserting citations with Zotero 7.0.19 (64-bit) into existing Word documents on Windows 10 with Word 2016.

Problem:
- Word crashes immediately (no error message) when I try to insert a citation into a document that already contains text (especially in Persian RTL format) and previous Zotero citations.
- Zotero works perfectly when inserting into a blank document.

What I've tried:
- Removed `Zotero_old.dotm` from Word add-ins.
- Reinstalled Zotero Word plugin.
- Disabled Track Changes and AutoSave.
- Restarted Zotero and Word.
- Verified both Zotero and Word are up-to-date.

System:
- Windows 10
- Word 2016
- Zotero 7.0.19 (64-bit)
- Language: Persian
- Citation style: APA 7

    Word crashing is generally a Microsoft Word bug/issue, not Zotero. Zotero is only using official Word APIs in its plugin. You should make sure you are running the latest version of Word that is available for you. Otherwise, if you can produce a small document where insertion fails for you, you can send it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. Please include the full version number of Word that you are using.
