I'm using windows laptop and Microsoft Word. Zotero plugin is not working in Microsoft word since few days. I tried the troubleshooting options in zotero website including the manual add-in of the plug in. When I check my startup folder, the Zotero.dotm file is there. I've uninstalled and re-installed zotero as well. Nothing works. Would appreciate any suggestion for a solution asap.
