My citation adds 3 references
I want to add a reference in my text. So I use the same procedure as always (add citation, search or select the article and press ok). But there, I have the letter "a" that is added in my citation, so it's written : (author and al., date+a). In my bibliography, the article il added 3 times, so I have 3 times the same reference. I tried to delete the article from my bibliography and refresh everything, but my word document remembers the previous citations, so I have the letter "a" and the 3 references, again.
Than you for your help
Than you for your help
a) inserted from the same library, in which case you can easily merge them in the duplicates view
b) inserted (possibly) from the same library but some of them since deleted - in that case you have to figure out which of the three (a, b, c) is currently in your library and delete it (you can use the edit citaton dialog for that purpose) or
c) inserted from different libraries (e.g. different groups), in which case you have to pick on and replace the two others -- each time they occur in the text -- with that one.
