Zotero7.0.19 can't load documents after opened on windows10 and 11 systems

After reinstalling zotero7.0.19, I can open the application, but the interface is blank and I can't load the literature?
  • Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

Otherwise, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing the problem, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
  • I used the Troubleshooting Mode and still didn't respond. Debug ID: D808052160
  • That Debug ID isn't in Troubleshooting Mode.
  • Er, sorry, "Restart with Logging Enabled…" doesn't automatically use Troubleshooting Mode, as it will in 7.1, but you should manually disable plugins and then generate the Debug ID for Zotero startup.
  • How about this:561697000
    Being deeply grateful.
  • That's Troubleshooting Mode, but it's a Report ID, not a Debug ID.
  • Add: I reinstalled zotero7.0.19 on windows11 and it can be used normally, but when reinstalled on windows10, I can only open the interface and cannot load the literature.
  • Is that a Debug ID?

Yes, but it needs to be a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option. It's the exact same thing you provided before, just with all plugins disabled.
  • [JavaScript Error: "creatorID not provided" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/data/creators.js" line: 69}]
But based on this, you should also check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero settings.

No. You need to use the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option, exactly like you did the first time.
