Bibliography Won't Add

The google doc I am working on will not let me add bibliography.

    I keep on trying to add a bibliography on my Google doc but zotero keeps on saying error. I tried refreshing my document and restarting my laptop, etc. What can really be done because I only use it because it should be faster. Isn't fast at all!
